Dom Pérignon Vintage is made with Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes. The harvest of 2004 is marked in the history of Dom Pérignon. That year the harvest was of excellent quality.
Dom Pérignon comes from Grand Cru vineyards in Aÿ, Bouzy, Cramant and Verzenay and also from a Premier cru vineyard in Haut Villers.
In its youth, Dom Pérignon was incredibly soft, fruity and creamy with perfect balance and weight. As it ages, it acquires a toasted aroma and a wonderful finesse, matched by very few of the other great Marques.
