Sobao Pasiego, has a handmade process in which the butter flavour stands out. Casa Olmo is a family business dedicated to the production of typical Cantabrian products since 1908. Their long history has allowed them to perfect their recipe for "sobaos pasiegos" until they achieve a product with maximum tradition and flavour but without losing the essence of traditional "sobao pasiego."
