Selected fresh sloe (approx 300 gr / liter), alcohol, anise and sugar
First, the anise is made from the mixture of alcohol (natural brandy of the best quality), aniseed and sugar. Fresh pacharanes from our 100 hectares of Navarre plantations controlled directly by the Navarre Council of Pacharán will macerate. The maceration lasts approximately 2 months, depending on the evolution in sight and in the mouth. Through an exhaustive tasting control, only those items that show exceptional quality are selected. The resulting mixture is filtered up to 5 times to remove impurities and achieve a homogeneous and brilliant mixture oriented to consumer trends.
COLOUR: It presents a very intense ruby red, due to its high concentration in sloes and a brightness and limpidity characteristic of young drinks.
NOSE: Its aroma is predominantly fruity, accompanied by aniseed notes.
MOUTH: It has an explosion of fresh fruit on the palate, a flavour enhanced by a slightly aniseed finish that lingers in the mouth.
